One of the best place in jaffna. Nice views and beautiful beach. Worth spending time there. well for a army run resort the service was not bad. food was nice but being jaffna the water was a bit off. Staff is very helpful and they try to be nice the way they understand how to. meals are made to order and nice. Beach and the sea was superb. no large waves and my wife had a fun time swimming.
